Terms of Service

• You must provide accurate account information (name, company, email) and a password meeting our minimum requirements. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
• Creating an account creates a workspace for your company; teammates you invite join that workspace with the role and permissions you grant them.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and you're representing a real business, not a personal or consumer use case — SaleSignal is a B2B product.

SaleSignal does not currently have automated, self-serve checkout. The real path today is:

• You submit a free Market Research Request or book a call, and our team reviews it by hand.
• If it's a fit, we send you a manual invoice outside the platform for the agreed amount.
• Once we've recorded that invoice as paid, an operator grants your workspace access — this is a manual decision by our team on each account, not an automatic subscription charge.

There is no auto-renewing subscription charge today. If and when we turn on automated Stripe billing (see §6), this section will be rewritten to describe that flow, and you’ll be told before it applies to you.

SaleSignal is a B2B prospecting and outreach tool. You agree not to:

• Scrape, bulk-export for resale, or otherwise redistribute the platform's research or lead data as a standalone product or dataset.
• Use the Outreach / Email features to send unsolicited commercial email in violation of CAN-SPAM or equivalent anti-spam law — including using accurate sender identification, an honest subject line, and honoring opt-out requests you receive.
• Attempt to access another workspace's data, bypass workspace or role permissions, or interfere with the platform's operation or security.
• Use the product to build a competing research or prospecting product.

Compliance with anti-spam law for the actual outreach content you send is your responsibility as the sender of record; SaleSignal provides the tooling, records what was sent and whether it was opened, and does not itself compose or review your outreach content for legal compliance before you send it.

If you join the SaleSignal affiliate program, the commission structure, payout cadence, minimum payout, and eligibility rules in the affiliate portal’s Program Terms apply and are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

We aim to keep SaleSignal available and working as described, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features that depend on a third-party processor (Supabase, SendGrid, Google Gemini, Calendly, or a mailbox you connect) can be affected by that provider’s own availability, and we're not liable for an outage or error originating there.

• Today: access is granted per §2 against a manual invoice. Inside the product, certain actions (a research run, a social audit run) draw down a per-workspace credit balance — a monthly bundled allotment, refreshed on your cycle, plus any top-ups — that is metering usage, not a separate payment processor charge.
• Pending activation: automated billing through Stripe (a proposed annual access fee plus a monthly credits subscription) is built into the product but switched off — no Stripe charge can occur today. When we turn it on, this section will state the exact prices, billing cycle, and cancellation/refund terms before it takes effect for any customer.

You own the business information, research inputs, and outreach content you put into SaleSignal. You can export it or delete it at any time from Settings — see the Privacy Policy §6 for exactly what that does. We process it to provide the service as described in the Privacy Policy and don’t claim ownership of it.

SaleSignal is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product, including decisions made based on research or leads it produces — you’re responsible for verifying and using that output appropriately before acting on it commercially or sending outreach based on it.

• You can stop using the product and delete your account at any time from Settings.
• We can suspend or terminate an account for violating §3 (acceptable use), for non-payment of an invoice under §2, or for security reasons, and will make a reasonable effort to notify you first except where we believe immediate action is necessary.

Sphere Link Innovations operates out of Alberta, Canada. We intend for these terms to be governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta — this is a proposed default, not yet confirmed by counsel, and will be finalized in the reviewed version of this page.

If our actual purchase flow, acceptable use rules, or billing status change, we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date above, and tell active customers before a material change takes effect for them.
