Program Terms

1. Commission

You earn 30% recurring commission on the subscription revenue of every customer who signs up through your referral link. Commission is paid for the entire lifetime of that customer's subscription — for as long as they remain a paying customer, you keep earning on their plan.

Commission is calculated on the net subscription amount actually collected (after any discounts, taxes, and refunds). Upgrades and downgrades adjust your commission automatically from the next billing cycle.

2. Referred-customer discount

Customers who sign up through your link receive 20% off their first month. The discount is applied automatically at checkout and does not reduce your commission — your 30% is calculated on the amount they pay.

3. Volume bonus tiers

In any calendar month where the number of new referred customers who start a paid subscription reaches a threshold, your own SaleSignal subscription is discounted for that month:

Bonus tiers are assessed per calendar month and do not carry over. Reaching a tier affects only that month's subscription charge; your 30% recurring commission is unaffected.

4. Payouts

• Monthly, on the 1st, for commission cleared 30 days prior.
• Commission clears 30 days after the referred customer pays, to allow for refunds and chargebacks. Cleared commission is included in the next scheduled payout.
• Minimum payout is $50. Balances below the minimum roll over to the following month.
• Payouts are sent by the method we arrange with you directly (bank transfer or PayPal) — there's no self-serve payout-method setting in the product yet.

5. Eligibility & conduct

• Self referrals and referrals from accounts you control are not eligible for commission.
• No paid search bidding on SaleSignal brand terms, no misleading claims, and no spam. Always disclose the affiliate relationship.
• SaleSignal may withhold or reverse commission tied to fraud, abuse, or terms violations, and may update these terms with notice.
